- A statement that you sincerely believe that the use of the objectionable content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or does not comply with the law;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed, or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
